OUR PROCESS
First In Home Visit: We want you to feel entirely confident in our care and services, in order to ensure we are a great fit for your family. Afterward, you can choose to move forward with a weekly or bi-weekly visitation plan.
VISITATION & PANTRY ITEMS DELIVERY
Unhurried Visits: We arrive with a basket of goodies, and will spend up to one full hour with your loved one. We believe meaningful care cannot be forced or rushed. Every visit is entirely centered on your loved one’s immediate well-being, naturally adapting to their physical energy, mood, and comfort that day. Whether they want a lively conversation, to go for a walk, sit outside, enjoy the day and share a cup of coffee, gentle assistance with a task, or simply a quiet, reassuring presence, our time together is shaped by what they need most in that moment.
POST VISIT UPDATE
Instant Peace of Mind: We know how important communication is to your family. Immediately following our visit, I will send a brief text or email concerning how the visit went, how your loved one is feeling and any small details or concerns.
