Hi, I'm Brenda Brent!
I’ve always believed that some of life's most meaningful moments come from simply spending time with others. A friendly visit, a helping hand, or a thoughtful gesture can make all the difference.
As a mother of triplets—who are all now juniors in college—and a professional with over 20 years of experience in long-term corporate counseling, my life has been defined by care, organization, and deep empathy. In my corporate career, I supported employees and their families through highly stressful global and cross-country relocations, mastering the art of guiding clients through major life transitions with a calming, steady presence. I created ParaVita because I wanted to bring that same dedication, maternal care, and peace of mind directly to seniors and their families.
I understand that loved ones cannot always be nearby, and I strive to be a trusted, caring companion. My goal is to help elderly adults maintain their independence while enjoying meaningful connection, support, and a brighter everyday life. I believe everyone deserves companionship, dignity, and a helping hand.
From weekly visits to delivering pantry baskets filled with essentials and treats, I focus on building relationships rooted in trust, kindness, and respect. I provide both the practical assistance and the personal reassurance that families need to know their loved ones are safe, supported, and valued.
